Meet the founder of Miraflores, Fernando Ramos, who takes great pride in paying homage to the diverse culinary traditions of his homeland Peru.

He has fond memories of watching his grandmother cook in the kitchen, using her secret ingredients and techniques to create delicious Perivan meals for him & his family. Her recipes have been passed down through generations, and Fernando has taken it upon himself to carry on the family tradition and honor his grandmother's legacy.

A passionate individual with a deep love for Peruvian Cuisine and hospitality. He started his journey in the culinary world at a young age and has gained invaluable expertise through years of hard work and dedication.

Fernando always wanted to create a warm welcoming dining experience that offers exciting, full of flavour and beautifully presented dishes. With this vision in mind, he embarked on the journey of establishing Miraflores and has successfully turned it into a beloved Peruvian Gastro Dining experience.
