rice and beans fried together combined with the seafood broth to make it complete.

TIRADITO DE SEA BASS
Sashimi style fillet of Sea Bass sliced and served with a very traditional rocoto sauce and
combined with some citrus to bring it all together.

Grilled octopus tentacle marinated in a “Aji panca” based marinade served on a bed of
causa with an olive puree.
ANTICUCHO OX HEART
Ox Heart skewers marinated in Anticucho sauce , served with “Huancaina Sauce” and

“Leche de tigre” is the base to any good ceviche but in Peru we also have it a a stand alone dish,
a very fresh and delicate to the pallet and to make it more special we serve it with with fried
batter fish too..
CAUSA DE FRUTA DE MAR
Causa is a Peruvian creation that will wow you, we mash potatoes with some citrus and
“Aji Amarillo”. And in this dish we add Sea Bass, Octopus , prawns and mussel and
Avocado. Topped off with our version of cocktail sauce.
CHICHARRON DE CERDO
Shallow fried Pork belly with a creole dressing (salsa criollo) on a bed of Papa Seca (dried
potato) with Aji Amarillo sauce and carrot and suede pickle (Encurtido).
